Volunteer Application – our volunteer application helps us get to know your prior experience with horses (not a requirement for volunteering) and what type of volunteering you are interested in participating in.

Volunteer Information and Release – this form includes background information for the use of New Freedom Farm only and also includes an important notice regarding liability. This form cannot be submitted via this website, it must be filled out by hand. If you are unable to print this form and bring it with you, we will have copies available on site.

Liability & Confidentiality
Required for all volunteers
Participant’s Release and Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement – this Agreement is required for all volunteers. If a volunteer is under the age of 18 (a minor), the parent/guardian must also sign BOTH this form and the Parent/Guardian Waiver on behalf of the child.

Media Release
Not required
Adult Media Release – this Release is not required to participate in events at the farm – only sign this Media Release if you are comfortable with your image/likeness being used by New Freedom Farm for the purposes expressed within the Release, to include images/videos/etc. posted on social media sites.

Parent/Guardian Waiver – For Minors – this Waiver is required for anyone volunteering at the farm who is under the age of 18 and must be filled out and signed by a parent or guardian

Child Media Release – this Release is not required to participate in events at the farm – only sign this Media Release if you are comfortable with your child’s image/likeness being used by New Freedom Farm for the purposes expressed within the Release.

Confidentiality Policy and Volunteer/Intern Agreement – this Waiver is required for anyone volunteering at the farm. We take the privacy and confidentiality of anyone participating in events at the farm seriously.
